Yes. We can provide free samples for standard profiles and stock material. For custom-made profiles, a sample fee is required, but it's refundable once a mass production order is placed.

Our MOQ for extruded profiles is 500kg. For container shipping reference, a 20'FT container usually holds 10-12 tons, and a 40'HQ container holds 20-23 tons. For CNC parts, MOQ is flexible based on complexity.

Yes. We can combine multiple profiles into one order to save shipping costs. However, each profile may require a separate extrusion die, which involves additional tooling fees.
For new molds and samples, it takes about 7-10 days. Mass production is typically completed within 15 days. Please note that custom mold costs are absolutely refundable once your order reaches the agreed quantity.
Yes. Our QC team performs: IQC (incoming material inspection), IPQC (in-process inspection), CMM (coordinate measuring), hardness testing, coating thickness measurement, and OQC (final inspection before shipment).
Yes, we can expedite urgent orders with priority scheduling. Please inform us of your deadline upfront, and we'll confirm feasibility. There may be a small expedite fee for extremely tight timelines.
Our standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and other payment methods upon negotiation. For long-term partners, we offer flexible payment terms.
We ship by sea (FCL/LCL), air, or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) based on your preference. For international orders, we can arrange EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. All shipments are insured.
Packaging options include PE film for each profile, shrink PE film for each bundle, slot packing, craft paper, foam paper, or carton boxes. Custom packaging and labeling are also available upon request.
If any product fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 days with photos and inspection reports. We'll replace or refund the defective items immediately, and cover the return shipping costs.
